Winter in Byron does funny things to people. Suddenly everyone starts craving emotional support in the form of a large bowl of noodles and a hot, salty broth.
From Wednesday 3 June, Ramen Night returns to Moonlight for another season of steaming bowls of hot broth, and comforting midweek rituals.
Every Wednesday throughout winter, we’ll be dimming the lights, turning up the tunes, and sending bowls across the pass designed to cure whatever the cooler months throw at you. Think rich umami broths, springy noodles, delicious meats, chilli heat, and the kind of food best eaten with both hands wrapped around the bowl.
A small selection of starters will also be available alongside the ramen menu. Please note, dietary options may be limited on Ramen Night.
The event has become something of a winter ritual at Moonlight over the years, with locals and visitors alike packing into the intimate dining room each week for their noodle fix. Bookings are highly recommended.
