As the days shorten and the Byron air turns crisp, we lean into the season the best way we know how, with a soul warming hot bowl of ramen.
Every Tuesday evening throughout winter, we’ll be firing up the hibachi and bringing the broth front and centre.
Ramen Night is our newest ritual—slower, more grounded. A night where the room fills with steam, focus sharpens, and bowls leave the pass heavy with comfort.
What We’re Serving
We offer five ramen varieties, built from scratch and harmonious in balance. Rich, bright, and unexpected, here’s what we’ll be ladling up:
- Chicken Yakitori Ramen: Shyuo Broth, Ramen Egg, Menma, Shallots, Nori, Garlic Oil
- Pork Belly Ramen: Shoyu Broth, Pickled Mustard Greens, Shallots , Nori , Garlic Oil
- Chilli Beef Ramen: Spicy Shoyu Broth, Beansprouts, Menma, Nori, Shallots
- Miso Salmon Ramen: Spiced Miso Broth, Charred Corn, Menma, Shallots, Nori, Bok Choy
- Mushroom Ramen: Shiitake Broth, Pickled Shiitake, Spiced Beansprouts, Menma, Shallots, Bok Choy
