Bold, playful, and built on big Southeast Asian flavour. Tyler’s cooking takes familiar dishes and pushes them somewhere new, think big flavours, sharp contrasts, and unique combinations that make perfect sense once you taste them.
Highlights from the line-up include Longtime’s signature curious burrata with chilli crunch and wonton crackers, a not-so-traditional carbonara with udon noodles, and to finish, yuzu pie with meringue and tangerine sorbet, sesame praline & almond crumble.
